    G'Day, anyone know where to find a replacement for the high mount brake light for a VU Ute?

    Wreckers would be the best bet, and cheapest option.

    I see you're in NSW, if you happen to be in Sydney there's a spac VU at pick n payless in Blacktown that might have what you're after. Their website is excellent when it comes to stock so I'd recommend checking it out (has pics too)
    Other than that, Gumtree or eBay..
