Here's one for the techno geeks amongst you.

We have numerous video recordings downloaded from mobile phones, which are the wrong aspect for viewing. (ie horizontal instead of vertical.) The videos have been taken of our granddaughter at dancing competitions and the mobile phone has been held vertically whilst recording instead of horizontally. When downloaded, the videos play vertically so they're useless at present.

Is it possible to turn a video through 90 degrees as you can with still photos, using Windows 7?

More cars than I've got space to park!
There is a free media player called VLC that allows you to rotate video on the fly, but I don't think it saves the change?

See here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

Don't expect too much though, I've done this myself (using this player) and it looks horrible when played back rotated.
