1 mass shooting is 1 too many. About time the US revoked the 4th Amendment (?) right to bear arms. It's not the wild fooking west anymore. The USA is supposed to be a civilised modern society.
I'm not at all saying mass shootings are acceptable.
Of course 1 is too many.

It's a simple metric. Australia has had less than one gun related death per 100k since 2010. The US currently stands at 12 per 100k and growing. That doesn't account for non fatal injuries where the US has more of in one day than we do in one year

Yes and like I said a large proportion of those deaths are with illegal gun used by criminals. The other large portion is suicides which Australia is leading the US per capita without guns.
It seems legal gun ownership is not such a bad thing.
