Changed oil and filter now no light on dash
Not sure what the problem is. Is the light on or off?
Which light is on?
How much oil did you pour into the engine?
About 6 litres oil light was working before oil and filter change
Oil light should only light up for 1 second when you start the engine. If it stays on longer than that it's a bad sign and indicates low oil pressure. So your fresh oil probably solved the problem you had and now you don't see the light..
so how long or how many ks did you drive it with the light on
Still waiting on answer of about question????????
If you want the light back on then drain 3L of oil. lol...
Haven’t driven it at all
The oil light is activated by the oil switch sensor as long as there is enough oil in there it wont stay on even if you havnt driven it
But it should come on before you start the engine
yes all the warning lights do they only stay on if there is a problem
If the light doesnt come on in accesories along with the others then you have a blown globe most likely
On the vy there is no oil light check oil comes up on display might be the same for vz
Did you spill oil on the senor below the filter when you changed it? Un-clip it give it a clean and see if it comes on.
Still haven't said which light isn't coming on.
We have assumed it's an oil light.
