And you being so smart, if they go to that corner, they will be at a car wash...Not a spring place.

If it walks like a Shane and talks like a Shane, then it probably is Shane.

Post said SA country town Gladstone, so mostly cheaper/time for transport delivery to Gladstone than driving to and from Adelaide, if that is what you meant as “local”.

Most traders now arrange delivery to anywhere in Australia. Ebay and Facebook sales on parts are mostly 99.99999% delivered anywhere in straya cheaply.

The post was asking for “ Anybody know of places to purchase heavier duty leaf springs for VZ SS CREWMAN “ .... Brown’s Springs in Melbourne is a helpful option of the many other places available, it's Ian’s choice where he chooses to go for price and availability.

Don’t be a smartarse, you’re the one recommending to Ian’s post to go there at Thebarton not the OLD SITE Industrial Engineering and Springs at Hindmarsh, if you actually shopped there years before, you would know the whole story,

as you said in your earlier Monday post @ ...... S.A spring works....I think that's the name....Port Road Thebarton....They reset springs....Been doing it for donkeys

You being a smartass, I thought you would have picked up that on the corner was a car wash....

And yes, shopped there years before...Actually I lied,....I think it was on 25/12/1956.....Could be out by a day or 2....So why should I know their story (if one exists)

I don’t recommend to others in posts of firms/address’s that no longer exist and have moved on.

    Read Ians post properly,
he wants new heavy duty springs @ one way delivery cost to replace his 300,000km old ones, not to get the old springs reset.

yep typical response from you know who ?

NO mention of oh opps I made a misteak by recommending to a post to go to a spring place that had closed down years ago and even said the wrong suburb, nope lets throw sheet at anyone that corrects the misteake instead lol, oh well at least he is consistent with his replies back.

They say Past behavior is a clear indicator of Future behavior, :) so true cheers :)
