Reading spark plugs - when to change

They have plenty left. Likely the originals. The little tip when it gets to the cone section well about 10 thou off thats when they're gone. Or when the earth strap starts to get eaten away when it's nice with a difined square shape its good. If the earth strap is worn the little bit of tungsten...

If you have the intake off try and make a flexible attachment for a drill and get a abrasive on the end and try to clean the runners out.

I've never heard a wealthy person complain about the system. Maybe it's just because you're not rich you're all about how the "rich elite" are criminals. I'm not rich and I say good on them I would do the same thing if I was rich.

It will not work. The squeak comes from both the roller and cam lobe being worn. The actual squeak is the roller sliding over the lobe instead of rolling.

The LS is not a very strong engine tbh. The head bolt threads in the block have issues and if they fail you need to time sert them. The block will flex, a plumber my old boss is mates with had a VU ute with a centrifical blower making 900hp and after a big power pull oil would drip off it...

Are VF's going to be collectables?

Nope they're buckets of ****. Many electrical issues and many engine issues with no dealer support in about 8 years.

I've done 3 of these. I've put the issue down to either the buckets or the cam bearings or both. I'm a mechanic by trade. To do the job properly the block needs to be stripped down and sent to an engine builder with the cam so they can verify the new cam beraing when installed and scrape if...

I suppose they're all going to be successful but any law suit Trump starts is BS......... F there's some real indoctrinated people out there. My facetious comment obviously alludes that all the court cases are BS against Trump. Not paying tax and minimizing tax are two total different things...

355 stroker as a daily driver?

I think it will make close to 400rwhp. My old engine made 420 with a bigger cam (oversized imo) and a TP single plane with 4bbl TB.

355 stroker as a daily driver?

If you can have more cam it's better. But if your engine is fairly stock the powerband on the camtech is insane.

Ve Ssv l98 with LSA blower.

Not too bad. If you installed an ice bucket you could drop even more but that is if you want to drag race.

I was talking about international boarders. In 2 years every country will be open but you want Australia to stay closed to save a few people? Maybe we shpuld stop Australians from travling to malaria countries alltogether while we're at the feel good thing.

Except we will have to open our boarders soon. We can't keep our boarders closed indefinitely. You're of a short sighted mind that can't see past next year. I've already stated that this virus will likely be with us for over 10 years maybe even 100. What you think we should lock Australia...

6 days is a isolation tactic so the virus won't spread but all that have it should surface and can be contact traced. It's a rather efficient way to do it. If it works it should be used by all states.

Yes there are areas in aged care that need reform. I know two people that worked for years in aged care so I know all about aged care. But that still doesn't mean the federal government is soley to blame for coronavirus spreading into aged care. I swear you would blame Scomo if a meteor hit a...

I used to be under the CFMEU. I was in construction for 4 years before moving into automotive. My father is a CFMEU member and a Labor voter. I still don't vote liberal. But the unrealistic criticism of the federal government is blatant cognitive bias. I vote shooters fishers and farmers...

Any quarantine measure other than what we are doing at the moment is not feasible FFS. How the **** can we quarantine returning australians at the current number without using hotels??? Please be my guest and explain oh and you can't just print money either.

So i guess the Federal government should've invaded Victoria and undermined the state government and heli evacuated every aged person from Victoria?????? How on gods earth can you stop an aged care home being infected when the whole dam state is being overun by the virus. What a pathetic argument.

Oh so your saying we should have lock downs without any financial support? Pull your head in they're looking for wood. The frame work all the states are using was put forward at national cabinet. Please enlighten me on what constitutional responsibilities the federal government has not...

I just critisized two state Liberal government's. When I was critising the VIC government you were carrying on about Scott Morrison and the other Liberals. Okay then let's stop everyone leaving their home's. Every one must stay at home indefinitely and must not leave no matter what........ I'm trying to be reasonable but my facetious comment above is how you two come accross. There's always room for measures to enforce restrictions but we can't...

Yes I agree mitigation is appropriate but continued lock downs cannot keep on happening. Weather Biden wants to pursue lock downs is a matter for the US people but I think the cat is already out of the bag so the US is a moot point.

We will never see a 100% uptake in a vaccine. We don't know how effective the vaccine will be over the course of 12 months. We don't know if the virus will keep mutating every 12 months. These uncertainties mean that there in all likelyhood the world will be stuck with this virus. If you...

I really have to dissagree with your last post. You place such a great trust in epidemiologists but you forget they're studying viruses not economics. You can't just keep shutting econmies down to save a few people that is a ludicrous thought. This virus will be around for years to come so...

I'm qualified in light auto. At tafe light auto, auto elec, motor bike and heavy diesel all do the same 1st year. Then from there we all diverge into our specific parts of the industry. So to get my trade cert in heavy I'll need to do Tafe again.
